Analysis method and application of rotor dynamic balance test for large hydropower units

چکیده

Abstract The spindle runout of unit 2 in a hydropower plant seriously exceeded the standard during startup test, and its main frequency was consistent with conversion frequency, which did not meet test acceptance specification. Through analysis variable speed data unit, it is judged that reason for excessive mass imbalance generator rotor, affects vibration shafting frame. A dynamic balance method proposed to determine counterweight weight orientation, same centrifugal force equivalent state. In this method, trial total unbalanced calculated by using empirical formula equation respectively, second carried out after calculation. application power plant, serious problem can be completely solved. rotor unbalance large units paper provide technical reference similar problems.
